Terms of Service

You Got Golf is an AI-assisted golf-swing coaching tool. You record or upload a video, we analyze it with pose-estimation and generative AI, and we return a priority fault plus tailored drills. The output is informational coaching — it is not a substitute for an in-person lesson or medical advice.

You need an account to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use You Got Golf.

You keep ownership of the videos and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (for example: extracting pose data, generating coaching feedback, showing it back to you in your history).

Coaching feedback is generated by AI and pose-estimation models. It can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment, especially around physical exercises — stop any drill that causes pain and consult a qualified coach or medical professional when in doubt.

We work hard to keep You Got Golf available but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, You Got Golf is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or injuries arising from following drill suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, gross negligence under EU consumer law).

You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Profile page, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
