Cómo hacerlo
Kneel on your trail knee with your lead foot flat in front of you.
Tuck your pelvis under so your lower back flattens before you move anywhere.
Keeping the tuck, push your hips gently forward until you feel the front of the kneeling hip stretch.
Hold for 30 seconds, breathing normally, then swap sides.
Complete 3 holds per side.
Objetivo
Loosen the tight hip flexors that make a neutral pelvis physically hard to hold at address.
Sensación
Feel a long stretch down the front of the hip on your kneeling leg.
Error a evitar
Pushing the hips forward while your lower back stays arched — the tuck has to come first or you just stretch your spine instead of your hip.
