Lead Arm Shaft Line Check
Set up in front of a mirror and adjust your hands until your lead arm and the shaft form one straight line to the ball.

Hoe doe je het
Stand facing a mirror in your normal address position with a mid iron.
Look at the line from your lead shoulder, down your arm, into the shaft.
If the shaft kicks backward away from the target, move your hands forward until the line is straight.
Keep your lead wrist flat as you do it, rather than bending it.
Step away and rebuild the setup 15 times.
Doel
Remove the backward shaft lean at address so the impact position is not pre-loaded with extra loft.

Feel your lead arm and the club shaft behaving like one solid rod from your shoulder to the ball.
Vermijd deze fout
Pushing the hands forward by bending your lead wrist — the line should come from moving your whole hand position, not from cupping or bowing the wrist.
