How to do it
Anchor a resistance band at hip height behind you and loop it around your waist.
Take your address position facing away from the anchor point.
Make downswings rotating your hips open against the band's pull.
Complete 3 sets of 10, keeping the motion smooth rather than jerky.
Goal
Build the strength and habit of rotating the hips open against resistance instead of stalling square.
Feel cue
Feel your lead hip pull open against the band's resistance.
Mistake to avoid
Don't let the band pull your hips into a slide — rotate, don't drift.
