Full-Finish Commitment
Swing every shot with the sole intention of holding a complete, balanced finish, which is impossible if you decelerate.
- Duration
- 5 min
- Reps
- 10 swings
- Equipment
- none
- Level
- Beginner
How to do it
Pick a target and take your normal setup.
Before swinging, decide you are swinging to a full finish, not to the ball.
Make the swing and hold the finish for 3 seconds.
If you can't hold it, you likely decelerated — repeat with smoother tempo.
Repeat for 10 swings.
Goal
Use the finish as proof that the swing stayed committed through the ball.
Feel cue
Feel yourself swinging to the finish, not at the ball.
Mistake to avoid
Don't swing harder to force a finish — swing smoother and let the finish happen naturally.
