Lead Heel Stays Down
Make backswings feeling the lead heel stay lightly connected to the ground rather than lifting up.

How to do it
Take your address position and notice the pressure under your lead foot.
Turn back slowly, keeping as much of your lead foot connected to the ground as feels natural.
Allow only a small, natural lift if your hip turn needs it - nothing more.
Repeat, building to full-speed swings while keeping the same awareness.
Goal
Reduce the vertical heel lift so the backswing has one less moving part to time on the way down.
Feel cue
Feel light pressure staying under your lead big toe and heel as you turn back.
Mistake to avoid
Locking the lead foot flat so hard that the hip turn gets restricted.
