How to do it
Stand side-on to a full-length mirror in your normal setup.
Swing to a full finish and freeze the position.
Check in the mirror that your spine tilts toward the target, not away from it.
Adjust from your hips if the tilt is wrong, not just your shoulders.
Repeat for 8 finishes, holding each one for 2 seconds.
Goal
Build the visual habit of a spine tilted toward the target, not away from it, at the finish.
Feel cue
Feel your sternum point down the target line as you look in the mirror.
Mistake to avoid
Glancing at the mirror and tipping your shoulders back to "look right" instead of correcting from the hips — a shoulder-only fix loads the lower back the same way a reverse-C finish does, creating the same back-strain risk on real shots.
