How to do it
Set a phone on a tripod or against something stable, framed face-on at address.
Take a still photo or video frame of your address position.
Make a backswing and pause at the top for a matching photo or frame.
Compare head height between the two images and adjust your next swing accordingly.
Goal
Get objective proof of how much the head is dropping, rather than relying on feel alone.
Feel cue
Feel your trail hip doing the turning while your head stays where it started.
Mistake to avoid
Judging the position from feel only when the habit is well established - use the photo instead.
