How to do it
Loop a light resistance band around your trail forearm, anchored so it resists rotation.
Take your address position and make slow downswings.
Feel your trail palm stay facing the target a fraction longer before releasing.
Complete 3 sets of 10, then hit a few shots without the band to feel the difference.
Goal
Slow down an overactive forearm rotation that closes the face too much at impact.
Feel cue
Feel your trail palm stay behind the shaft longer instead of rolling under early.
Mistake to avoid
Don't hold on so long that you block the shot right — the goal is slower rotation, not none.
