Two-Tee Speed Gate
Place two tees a few inches apart just past the ball and swing to clear both at full speed like a speed trap.

- 8 min

- Level
- Advanced
How to do it
Push two tees into the ground a few inches apart, starting just past the ball on the target line.
Hit shots aiming to swing through both tees without decelerating between them.
Check that the swing feels like it's speeding up, not slowing down, as it passes each tee.
Repeat for 15 balls, resetting the tees if they get knocked over early in the set.
Goal
Prove the club is still accelerating after the ball rather than slowing into contact.
Feel cue
Feel the club moving faster through the second tee than the first.
Mistake to avoid
Don't swing so aggressively you lose control of the strike just to clear the tees.
