Whoosh Past the Ball
Make full swings without a ball and listen for where the whoosh sound happens — it should be just after where the ball would be, not at it.

How to do it
Take your setup without a ball, in a safe open space.
Make full swings and listen for the whoosh of the clubhead cutting through the air.
Note where in the swing the whoosh is loudest.
Adjust your tempo until the loudest point falls just past where the ball would be.
Repeat for 20 swings, then apply the same feeling to real shots.
Goal
Confirm the swing is still accelerating through the hitting area rather than slowing into it.
Feel cue
Feel the swing keep building speed past the point where the ball would sit.
Mistake to avoid
Don't swing so hard you lose balance — the goal is where the speed peaks, not how much of it there is.
