How to do it
Slide a playing card under a watchband so it lies flat along the back of your lead wrist.
Take your grip and make a slow backswing to the top.
Notice whether the card pinches into your hand, which means the wrist arched.
Reset and rebuild the backswing until the card stays flat the whole way.
Repeat for 3 sets of 10 slow backswings.
Goal
Give the lead wrist instant physical feedback the moment it arches, so a flat position becomes something you feel rather than something you check.
Feel cue
Feel the card sit evenly flat against the back of your wrist all the way to the top.
Mistake to avoid
Strapping the watch so tight that the card can't move at all — it needs enough slack to actually pinch or gap, otherwise you get no information.
