Lead-Hand-Only Wedges
Hit half-swing wedges holding the club with your lead hand only, so any early throw of the clubhead shows up as a bad strike.

How to do it
Take a wedge and grip it with your lead hand only, choking down an inch.
Set up with the ball slightly back of center.
Make half swings, stopping the backswing at hip height.
Pull the handle through ahead of the clubhead and strike the ball first.
Hit 20 balls, then hit 5 normal two-handed wedges keeping the same feel.
Goal
Remove the trail hand that does the throwing, so the wrist angle has to survive into impact.
Feel cue
Feel the handle stay ahead of the clubhead all the way to the ball, dragging it rather than throwing it.
Mistake to avoid
Swinging full length one-handed — keep it to half swings so you can actually control the club, and stop if your wrist or elbow starts aching.
