How to do it
Stand in your golf posture with your backside just touching a wall behind you.
Hold a club across your chest or take a normal grip, whichever fits the space.
Turn slowly to the top of the backswing, keeping that light wall contact.
If you lose contact, you stood up — reset and turn without rising.
Repeat for 3 sets of 10 turns.
Goal
Hold the posture you started with all the way to the top, so the arms are not forced to separate to find room.
Feel cue
Feel a steady, light press of your backside against the wall from address all the way to the top.
Mistake to avoid
Pushing your hips hard into the wall and arching your back to keep contact — light touch only, and stop if your lower back feels any strain.
