Walk-Through Release

Make practice swings and let your trail foot step forward past your lead foot right after the swing finishes, like walking toward the target.

Comment faire

  1. Take your normal golf posture without a club, or holding one loosely.

  2. Make a few practice turns back and through.

  3. Let your trail foot step forward past your lead foot right after the swing finishes.

  4. Feel the step happen because your chest kept turning, not because you forced your foot.

  5. Repeat for 3 sets of 10.

Objectif

Encourage the body to keep rotating and moving toward the target instead of stalling and letting the arms pull the club left.

Sensation

Feel your trail foot naturally walk forward as your chest keeps turning past the ball.

Erreur à éviter

Forcing the step with your foot while your upper body stays stuck facing the ball — the step should be a result of full rotation, not a substitute for it.
