Chest-Leads Band Pull
Loop a resistance band across your chest and hold it as you make downswings so your body has to keep turning to keep tension.

How to do it
Loop a resistance band around your upper back and hold an end in each hand.
Take your normal setup with light tension in the band across your chest.
Make slow downswings, feeling your chest keep turning against the band's pull.
Check that the band never goes slack before you reach the finish.
Build up to full-speed swings once the feeling is automatic.
Goal
Train the chest to keep rotating through impact instead of stalling while the arms take over.
Feel cue
Feel your chest pull against the band all the way to the finish.
Mistake to avoid
Don't let the arms swing past a stalled chest — if the band goes slack, you stopped turning.
