How to do it
Take your normal golf posture without a club.
Rock your pressure slowly back into your heels and hold for two seconds.
Rock forward onto the balls of your feet and hold for two seconds.
Settle in the middle, where the pressure feels even across your arches.
Repeat for 3 sets of 10, finishing each set by holding mid-foot for five seconds.
Goal
Set the golfer's starting balance in the middle of the foot instead of the heels or the toes.
Feel cue
Feel the pressure spread evenly across your arches, right under your shoelaces.
Mistake to avoid
Rocking with stiff legs so your whole body tips — bend from the ankles and keep your posture, otherwise you are just measuring how far you can lean.
