Pressure Shift In Stance
At address, rock your pressure fully into the trail foot and then fully into the lead foot without your feet or head moving.

How to do it
Take your normal address position without a club.
Push your pressure into your trail foot until the lead foot feels light.
Reverse it, pouring the pressure into the lead foot.
Keep your head as still as you can through both moves.
If you have to slide to do it, narrow your stance an inch and repeat for 3 sets of 10.
Goal
Find the stance width that lets pressure move cleanly from foot to foot instead of forcing a lateral slide.
Feel cue
Feel your weight pour from one foot to the other while your head stays in the same spot.
Mistake to avoid
Swaying your whole body sideways to shift the pressure — if you need to slide to feel the shift, your stance is too wide and you should narrow up before continuing.
