How to do it
Hold an alignment stick vertically down your back with one hand above and one below.
Set it so it touches the back of your head, your upper back and your tailbone.
Push your hips back and hinge forward into your golf posture.
Check that all three points are still touching the stick.
Stand up and repeat for 3 sets of 10.
Goal
Build an address position with a straight spine instead of a rounded upper back and tucked chin.
Feel cue
Feel all three contact points stay glued to the stick as your chest tips toward the ball.
Mistake to avoid
Losing the head contact first and not noticing — the chin tucking down is usually the first thing to go, so check that point especially.
