Waggle Tempo Reset
Add two small waggles of the clubhead before every swing, timed to a slow count, so the hands never freeze at address.

How to do it
Set up to the ball with a soft grip.
Waggle the clubhead back and forth twice using only your wrists.
Count a slow one-two with the waggles so it has a rhythm.
Start your takeaway straight off the second waggle, without pausing.
Use this on every shot for a full session.
Goal
Stop tension building up while standing still over the ball by keeping the hands in motion right up to the takeaway.
Feel cue
Feel the clubhead swinging loosely back and forth like a pendulum in your fingers.
Mistake to avoid
Waggling with stiff arms and locked wrists — that is just movement with the same tension in it, and it does nothing for your grip pressure.
